He ran his first optimization program back in 1999, and has gone on to run programs for startups, E-LOAN, Salesforce.com, and Symantec. At Ensighten, James leads the product team and advises top brands on their digital marketing strategy and how to take action on their data.

Prior to Ensighten, James was at Symantec, where he built one of the most advanced optimization programs in the industry from scratch, running 100+ concurrent tests each month incorporating advanced targeting, third-party data, and real-time predictive scoring. James is a frequent speaker at industry conferences where he shares the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. James graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in business information systems.
