Josh Manion

Josh Manion

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Josh brought the breakthrough Ensighten tag management technology to market in 2009, and continues to lead the company’s technology vision and strategic operations. He established Ensighten’s key accounts, including Sony, Microsoft, American Express, Staples, Home Depot and Capital One, which put the company on the fast track to success. Prior to Ensighten, he served for seven years as the CEO of Stratigent, a web analytics and marketing optimization consultancy. Over his career, Josh has worked with clients such as Motorola, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mattel and General Mills, and with partners such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics and ExactTarget.

Josh has played chess professionally and is currently ranked among the top 60 players in the United States. He holds a degree in Management Science with a focus on Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Chief Technology Officer

Josh was the lead architect and programmer in the initial prototypes of the Ensighten application, and plays a key role in intellectual property development efforts at Ensighten. Josh was central to the design and creation of Ensighten’s client side code base and the Ensighten Tag Delivery Network infrastructure. He is currently listed as inventor or co-inventor on four pending patent applications. His work has given Ensighten the capability to support customers with 100% uptime.

Prior to Ensighten, Josh spent more than a decade in technology consulting, serving clients such as Motorola, Wolfram|Alpha and Caterpillar on Internet, Windows and mobile platforms. A lifelong programmer, Josh began teaching himself to write code at age 10. He studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana.

Marty Greenlow

Chief Financial Officer

Marty provides financial and operational leadership for Ensighten and brings a wealth of experience in high-growth companies. Prior to joining Ensighten, Marty spent 15 years with Spectrum Equity, a leading growth equity firm in the software and internet markets, where he oversaw the financial operations of portfolio companies. In addition, he held senior financial leadership positions at venture backed start-ups and was the Director of Acquisitions at a public company. He began his career with Ernst & Young.

Marty holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ian Woolley

Ian Woolley

General Manager, EMEA

Ian’s management expertise and deep background in digital marketing and advertising are fueling his success in driving adoption of Ensighten’s solutions across Europe and beyond. Ian most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer of London-based VisualDNA, where he was responsible for revenue and business strategy across four business units.

Ian started his career at Dun & Bradstreet Europe before working at Interpublic Group’s Draft Digital, Burst. He later joined blinkx PLC as Managing Director of European Operations.

Greg Morton

Greg Morton

Senior Vice President, Sales & Global Strategic Partnerships

Greg has more than 18 years of experience in strategic business development, and sales, helping lead large strategic lines of business rapidly grow at numerous enterprise data management and digital marketing software organizations.

Greg previously served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Acxiom, an enterprise data, analytics and software-as-a-service company. Prior to that, Greg held executive-level sales positions at BearingPoint and Corio, which was acquired by IBM. Greg is a patent holder and holds an MBA from Depaul University and Certified Executive Training credential from Chicago Booth School of Business.

James Niehaus

James Niehaus

Senior Vice President, Product & Strategy

James specializes in optimizing the intersection of data, marketing, product, and technology. He ran his first optimization program back in 1999, and has gone on to run programs for startups, E-LOAN, Salesforce.com, and Symantec. At Ensighten, James leads the product team and advises top brands on their digital marketing strategy and how to take action on their data.

Prior to Ensighten, James was at Symantec, where he built one of the most advanced optimization programs in the industry from scratch, running 100+ concurrent tests each month incorporating advanced targeting, third-party data, and real-time predictive scoring. James is a frequent speaker at industry conferences where he shares the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. James graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in business information systems.

Tim Benhart

Tim Benhart

Vice President, Customer Success

Tim leads the professional services, support and training teams for the Ensighten, overseeing global delivery for all customers on Ensighten’s tag management and omni-channel data collection platform. Tim began his career as a consultant, pioneering early web analytics implementations and large-scale strategic digital marketing engagements. He has been at the forefront of digital marketing consulting, working with more than 50 Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial initiatives across North America, EMEA and APAC.

Tim previously led client services programs at Stratigent, Unica and IBM. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

L. Erik Bratt

L. Erik Bratt

Vice President, Marketing

Erik is a veteran technology marketing executive, helping accelerate brand awareness and drive lead generation capabilities for technology leaders. Previously, Erik held senior-level positions at Tealium, Microsoft, WebSideStory (now part of Adobe Systems), InboundWriter and VoxOx, a cloud communications provider. He served as a strategic consultant for Digitaria (now part of Mirum), Viralheat (now part of Cision) and MarketingProfs.com, producing several best-selling reports on digital marketing and social media.

Earlier in his career, Erik was a professional journalist for The San Diego Union-Tribune. He graduated from San Diego State University.

Kristen Niziolek

Vice President, Finance & Administration

Kristen drives key initiatives to implement and optimize scalable processes, and controls and financial planning in alignment with Ensighten’s mission, values, and goals. Kristen brings nearly 10 years of experience in business process optimization and operational execution. She spent seven years at the Chicago-based digital analytics agency, Stratigent, LLC. As the agency’s third employee and member of the Executive Leadership Team, Kristen helped Stratigent seamlessly evolve through the many stages of the organization’s growth, managing human resources and recruiting, accounting, legal compliance and administration.

Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resource Administration from Northern Illinois University.

Ben Wilder

Vice President, Engineering

Ben Wilder is a senior technology executive with 15 years experience in the software engineering space. At Ensighten, he is responsible for leading the globally distributed engineering groups, developing the organizational culture and teams, and ensuring that products and services are delivered to time, budget and the highest standards. Previously Ben has held positions at all levels of the software engineering stack from technical consultant through to senior engineer and technical director, with a strong focus on startups.

Ben graduated from Bristol University in the west of England with an honours degree in biology.
