We uncovered some alarming insights, including that 45% of UK businesses have put money aside to cover possible fines for not being GDPR compliant, and 61% of respondents would apply for an extension on the deadline if they had the choice.
The research ultimately shows that, despite the risks and consequences of non-compliance, many businesses still do not fully understand the implications of GDPR.
