Inc. Magazine Honors Ensighten’s Amazing Growth

August 20, 2014 - Ensighten

Today Ensighten celebrates a very cool milestone – to be recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Not too shabby considering that just 5 years ago we didn’t exist.

Ensighten earned position #172 on an exclusive list of the nation’s fastest-growing 5,000 private companies. We join a select group of high flyers that gained early exposure through this ranking, including brands such as LinkedIn, Yelp, Pandora, Timberland and Dell.

So what did it take to get here? An amazing 2,416% sales growth over a three-year period! Said differently… incredible vision, tenacious focus, and most importantly investors and customers that believed in us. We’re proud that most of those early customers are still with us and have been joined by the likes of T-Mobile, Microsoft, United Airlines, Walmart and other leading brands.

The 2014 Inc. 500|5000 (as its officially called) was the most competitive group in the list’s 33 year history. To make the cut companies had to achieve a staggering 943% sales growth in a three-year period, and the median growth was 1,828%. Ensighten exceeded these numbers by a large margin. We attribute our amazing growth to the value we deliver to our customers through Ensighten’s open platform. No other solution in the marketplace, tag management-based or otherwise, enables marketers to collect, own and act on all of their customer data in real-time across all digital touchpoints. It’s a mouthful, but it’s amazingly powerful. Don’t take my word for it… Forrester calculated that we deliver 525% ROI and United Airlines experienced “8-digit ROI” (10,000,000+). Yes, you really need to watch their video to believe it.

While Inc. Magazine measured our amazing results through 2013, in 2014 we’ve continued our trajectory: acquiring TagMan, our biggest global competitor, delivering 200% booking growth in a three month period, and growing our customer base by 130% year-over-year. To put this in perspective, our customers represent the global commerce equivalent of the tenth largest world economy (over $1.9 trillion). As I’ve said, not too shabby.

We’re honored by this recognition and as excited as ever for the journey ahead.
