  • Josh Manion

    CEO and Founder | @joshmanion

    Josh heads the technology vision and day-to-day operations of Ensighten, and has established such key accounts as Sony, Microsoft, American Express, Staples, Home Depot and Capital One. Prior to founding Ensighten, he served for seven years as the CEO of Stratigent, a web analytics and marketing optimization consultancy. Josh has worked with clients like Motorola, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mattel and General Mills, and with partners such as Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, Unica, Coremetrics, ExactTarget, Optimost, Gomez, OpinionLab, Teradata and TeaLeaf.

    Josh graduated from MIT with a degree in Management Science and focus in Information Technology. He has played chess professionally and is currently ranked among the top 60 players in the US.

  • Shawn Gradek

    Shawn brings 15 years of sales experience to Ensighten. Prior to joining Ensighten, Sean was Director of Digital Marketing Services and Sales at Webtrends through the acquisition of Clickshift – a leading pay-per-click (PPC) performance and optimization company. While at Webtrends, he substantially grew revenue, increasing the business unit’s profitability. Sean has spoken about website optimization at venues including SMX East & West, Webtrends Digital Advertising Series and SF SEMPO.

    Shawn counts over nine years of successful start-up experience as a top sales performer with companies including Persistence Software (acquired by Progress Software), Solid Information Technology (acquired by IBM) and OpenHarbor (acquired by Tradebeam/CDC Software). He graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in International Business.

  • Josh Goodwin

    CTO | @iAmJoshGoodwin

    Josh was the lead programmer and architect on initial prototypes of the Ensighten application. He’s also had a huge hand in designing and creating Ensighten's client side code base, along with the Ensighten Tag Delivery Network infrastructure that supports clients – including Monster.com, Sony, Microsoft, American Express and Staples – with 100% uptime. Josh has played a key role in intellectual property development efforts at Ensighten, and is currently listed as inventor or co-inventor on four pending patent applications.

    Prior to Ensighten, Josh spent more than a decade in technology consulting. Motorola, Wolfram|Alpha and Caterpillar on Internet, Windows and Mobile platforms are previous clients. A lifelong programmer, Josh began teaching himself to write code at age 10. He attended the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana, where he studied Electrical and Computer Engineering. In his spare time, Josh collects ancient Polynesian watercraft.

  • Andrew Thomas

    Andy is a nineteen-year software veteran and champion of agile- and lean-based software development methodologies. The former CTO of Marketfish, he led development on a robust, enterprise scale infrastructure, raising over $5M in angel and venture funding. Andy spent 8 years on the leadership team at online advertising company aQuantive, building the Atlas Advertising Suite and helping to guide the company to a $6.B acquisition by Microsoft in 2007.

    Post-acquisition, he spearheaded the consolidation of reporting applications across the Microsoft ad platform. Andy holds a BS and an MS in Geology from Stanford University.

  • David Saxon

    Vice President of Channel Sales and Bus Dev | @maphone

    David has over fifteen years of sales, marketing and business development experience in digital and interactive marketing solutions. He joined Ensighten from Adobe (by way of Offermatica and then Omniture) where he was Senior Director of Agency Sales, spearheading relationships with agencies leveraging Adobe technologies for their brand clients. Prior to Adobe, David held strategic channel sales roles at some of the largest ad agencies in the world - Razorfish (part of Publicis Groupe) and Blast Radius (a subsidiary of advertising giant WPP). He began his career at Oracle and then ATG, developing partner channels and alliances.

    David has helped shape online strategy for key brands like Boeing, Newell-Rubbermaid, Direct TV and Office Max, and has served on advisory boards for marketing technology companies. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Akron.
